If you are crunched for space in your home gym, invest in the Windsor Pilates DVDs or videos. I bought the Pilates DVDs for about thirty dollars and they included an introduction, a twenty minute Pilates workout, a full workout, a Pilate resistance band, arms DVD, abs DVD, and a couple of other special bonuses. I was quite impressed with the value I received. I use a treadmill and have experimented with a couple of exercise bikes to enhance my strength training. I was looking to add a workout routine that included some flexibility objectives. This is what Winsor Pilates training promised.
After a couple of weeks, I am quite pleased with my decision to buy the Pilates tapes. The exercises are easy to figure out and the videos are not cheesy like many of them. They don’t expect every one to do all of the Pilate training exercises so they point out some alternatives to them. This is great for beginners and those with physical limitations. I’ve had neck problems in the past and there are alternatives to relieve the pain.
