Pilates Exercises – A Unique Alternative

Real results can be accomplished with Pilates.  Weights can be added to the exercise routines to bring about quicker and more defined results.  The exercises take about 45 minutes every other day, and about 20 minutes on the others to achieve a tone and sculpted Pilates body.
