Calories – Replace What You’ve Used, No More to Lose Weight
How many calories do I eat to lose weight? That’s a tricky one. Calorie intakes can range all over the board depending on amount of activity. A man and a woman who undergo light physical activity will need about 2300 and 1950 calories, respectively. Eat too many calories and the body will not use all of them, pass some through as waste, and store many calories for later. Losing weight is about staying fit and not putting too much junk calories in your body. Junk food is usually unnecessary calories that take a long time to digest. They are waste foods to the cells. Eat with common sense and do some exercises to lose weight in regularity. Consistency is good. Keep track of the calories you eat. You might be amazed, and you’ll find out what calories you can eliminate. We all need to eat, but eat wisely.
