Ed. fitness instructor was right.  It is important that you continue a high fitness level and live healthy.  By doing this regularly, you will have a healthy BMI level that we know translates to true health and wellbeing.  You will be less susceptible to disease and other unhealthy problems like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and heart disease.  Don’t wait until it’s too late to start worrying about your health.

 

Healthy Lifestyle - Long Term Goals are Crucial

 

It is important when fishing for a healthy regimen that you choose your fitness and diet routines responsibly.  It may be easy to take the easy way out, but the grapefruit diet an other fads are only short term.  This is not the best step to take lose weight and get healthy.  By setting reasonable goals, and setting new ones as your fitness progresses,  your results will become permanent and your healthy lifestyle will stand on its own.
