BMI - A Good Measure of Ideal Weight for Health

Body mass BMI is a pretty easy figure to determine.  Calculate BMI by dividing weight in meters by height in kilograms squared.  You’ll get your body mass index.  This index then has to be cross referenced on the BMI chart.  The chart is divided into six categories from underweight to morbidly obese.  The health complications that result when ideal BMI is not achieved high blood pressure, diabetes, and osteoporosis.  BMI is an excellent measure of where you relate to the ideal.
